February

Hey all! Not too much here to report....although as February is coming to and end we are getting very close to welcoming a new baby boy into our family. I have about 3 1/2 weeks to go. The doctor says the baby looks great...weighing in around 6 pounds as of last week. It is not likely that he will come early but at my next appointment we should know a little more. We have been busy trying to get everything ready, but we sure are behind the ball this time around!! It is amazing how different a second pregnancy is! We are getting Connor's big boy room ready and baby boy 2 will get Connor's hand me downs. Pictures of these rooms to come soon!
As for Connor-roo, he has been talking up a storm....new words and phrases all the time. He is communicating so well these days! He gets very particular about people and who he wants to do things for him....he even shunned his mommy the week Mimi and Papa were in town! When they were here to visit, they took Connor to the Discovery Place and ended up with a year membership pass because they had so much fun! On another note, Connor has been battling a cold for weeks...nearly 4 weeks...we are home with him again today and made yet another trip to the doctor. I swear they must know us by name. This time we finally got an antibiotic...so hopefully we can squash this and get him healthy before his brother comes!
